ok but I’ve only seen “no uterus; no opinion” come up in discussion of reproductive rights (ie abortion, birth control, etc.), which are uh… things that affect people with uteri. that includes cis women, trans men, some NB people. I feel like “no uterus; no opinion” in this context is valid, more so than “not a woman; no opinion.” Anyone who could need birth control/an abortion should be included in discussions of such. People who don’t have uteri? not so much.
I agree with the OP in that if “no uterus; no opinion” is being used to exclude trans women in discussions that affect them, then that’s a problem. I just haven’t seen it happen, personally.
